The business specialises in restoration and repair rather than new construction. That means working with brickwork that is already standing: understanding how it was built, how the mortar has aged and what can be done to bring the joints back without disturbing more of the wall than necessary.
Repointing is the main service. Most homes we attend need the mortar joints raked out and replaced, and the related repairs — brick replacement, ties, lintels, chimneys and sandstone — support that work rather than compete with it.
The owner has more than 35 years of hands-on experience repairing and restoring brick homes across Sydney. That experience is in older brickwork, deteriorated mortar, brick matching and the careful methods needed to keep an established home looking like itself.
We do not build new homes. We do not take on new-home bricklaying or general new construction, and we do not work for builders or developers. The work is for homeowners.
The approach is practical, careful and honest. If something does not need doing, we will say so.
